Abstract


White oyster mushroom cultivation need to take some risk factors that can affect the growth of fungi. The risk factors contained in youth is to use a mixture of sawdust, which used a mixture of water, the process of sterilization 6-8 hours, cleanliness kumbung moderate, less spraying is done, the low temperature is still lacking, the risk of contamination of other fungi are very high and the discovery of insect pests Cyllodes bifacies. The aim of research to determine the factors that affect the cultivation and improvement efforts. The sampling method is purposive sampling and analyzed descriptively. The results obtained are still widely found the process of selecting raw materials using a mix of materials, sterilization less than optimal and spraying is still lacking, such as the discovery of the pathogens fungus Trichoderma sp., Fusarium sp., Aspergillus sp and Mucor sp. and the presence of the beetle Cyllodes bifacies. Efforts improvements made from selecting raw material, mixing raw materials, fermenting, sterilization, inoculation seedlings, maintenance (spraying), kumbung maintain cleanliness and prevent the emergence of various other pathogens.
